Upon completing the programme's training period, which fulfils their graduation requirements, participants receive a certificate of practical experience endorsed by DP World's management.

Forsa Internship Programme is designed with a primary focus on meeting the university requirements necessary for graduating students. It is structured in a way that caters to the diverse specialisations of the students and continues to adapt and grow over time. Specifically, for students enrolled in the Engineering Department, the programme offers comprehensive practical training tailored to their specific fields of specialisation. This ensures that engineering students gain extensive hands-on experience and practical knowledge relevant to their chosen areas of study.
Since its launch in 2021, the Forsa Internship Programme has gained substantial traction, attracting a total of 186 participants to date. The program welcomed 55 trainees in 2021, followed by 67 in 2022, and already 60 in 2023, with several more preparing to join later this year.
Amna Al Hammadi, an enthusiastic participant in the programme, expressed her utmost satisfaction with the experience and said, "As a graduate in industrial systems engineering, I actively sought a place in the programme due to the exceptional opportunities offered by DP World.
