Our Recruitment Process
Stage 1: Online Application
All applicants are encouraged to apply online for vacancies listed on the website. Applications will remain in our database for six months.
Stage 2: Shortlist
The hiring manager and Human Capital department will review all applications and draw up a shortlist based on skills and experience.
Stage 3: Interview and Assessment
Typically short listed applicants will be invited to a personal interview. The interview may be conducted by telephone, or video conference, or in person, or at a designated assessment centre.
Stage 4: Offer of Employment
The successful applicant will be contacted by the recruitment team and given a conditional offer of employment, pending completion of background and reference check.
