Global empty containers deficit

DP World Constanta’s CEO, Cosmin Carstea, talks on PRO TV about global empty containers deficit and potential impact on Romanian exporters and end consumers. In the economic context generated by the pandemic, the operational decisions taken many months ago where drops in demand led to blank sailings, generated this equipment deficit.
