DP World Paramaribo New Years Message

Dear valued customers, employees, friends of DP World,

We have closed an eventful year. The consequences of the pandemic are not unknown and indeed, it has also affected the maritime sector. Nevertheless, in the past year we have seen our resilience and even in difficult times we have seized the opportunity for meaningful growth, in the broadest sense.

As the supply of lean solutions, we have solutions to continue the flow of goods in the future and to cope with the crisis. We can therefore be proud of how successfully we got through the year.

Our hard-working employees have been able to make a positive difference to society through flexibility and in a time of continuous change. Unfortunately, in 2021 we had to say goodbye to two of our employees and colleagues with great sadness and reports. We will continue to cherish the memories of the good cooperation and the good work will continue.

In 2022 we will continue our Mission to make the trade flow leaner, faster and more sustainable - 'To make trade flow'. We will continue to innovate in lean, future technology and expand services through our entry into the Oil & Gas industry and offering door-to-door cargo solutions through our newly established DP World Logistics NV (coming soon).

Where we are active, we integrate sustainability and corporate social responsibility and in 2022 we strive to make a positive contribution to the Surinamese economy and community.

Through continuous innovation to bring the flow of goods to more customers, we can all thrive in ways we never thought possible- We change what is possible.
