About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting both employees and managers across a broad range of HR topics. Acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, you will help ensure that HR processes are delivered effectively, consistently, and in line with company policies and local legislation.
Working within a dynamic international environment, you will provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, absence management, performance processes, and personnel administration. You will also contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support business objectives.

How You Will Contribute
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR topics in line with company policies and Dutch employment legislation.
- Coordinate and support key HR processes, including onboarding, absence management, performance management, compensation review cycles, learning and development, and offboarding activities.
- Ensure HR administration and personnel changes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support local, national, and regional HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Contribute to and lead HR-related projects focused on process improvement, compliance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle.
What You Will Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role, with knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Experience applying HR policies, supporting employee relations matters, and managing absence-related cases.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a proactive and adaptable way.
