Together, the combined organizations will be able to offer our customers more services and capabilities, access to deep freight forwarding knowledge and intellectual capital, and a company that is focused on delivering world class customer service.
No — all current services will continue without interruption. Your existing shipping schedules, processes, and contacts remain unchanged at this time. This acquisition should enhance the set of capabilities to service your business.
All existing contracts and rate agreements will be honored. If future adjustments are necessary, we will communicate clearly and work with you to ensure alignment with your logistics needs.
There are no immediate changes to your booking, documentation, or tracking systems. Should improvements or platform transitions occur in the future, we will provide training, support, and advance notice.
Your current account manager and customer support team will remain your primary contacts. If changes occur, you will be introduced to your new representatives with a full handover. We expect there is overlap in some account management roles so we will be evaluating how to best support our customers with the combined team of freight forwarding sales managers.
All regulatory and customs compliance procedures will continue as normal. If there are enhancements or new resources made available (such as expanded customs brokerage services), we’ll notify you.
Absolutely. Data security and confidentiality are a top priority. All privacy policies and security measures remain in place under the new ownership.
