Regulations

To ensure the safe, secure and efficient running of all activities, the following regulations are in operation:

Personal conduct

• No intoxication (drugs & alcohol)
• Highway code applies to estate roads/ no speeding/ construction & operational traffic
• No stopping/parking
• No rubbish/refuse – wildlife – pollution
• No fires or cigarette butts – summer fire risk
• No fly tipping
• Respect – fellow park users – environment – community

Non-permitted activities

• No waste
• No abandonment
• No theft
• Criminal damaged, signage
• No swimming and fishing in swales / lagoons

Authorised areas

• Full access to roads, footpaths, cycle ways
• No access to undeveloped areas and swales
• Danger to health, unmanned/vacant land
• Authorised access to premises with permission
• CCTV in operation

Accidents / incidents

• Who to contact
• Don’t leave the scene
• Keep calm /Take photos
• In the event of an significant incident you may be re-directed by site security, follow their instructions
