DP World London Gateway Logistics Park is able to work with prospective occupiers on a range of build-to-suit solutions, ranging from 100,000 sq ft to 1.6 million sq ft, with fast delivery times following agreement for lease.

We currently have two prime logistics opportunities at plots LG106 and LG146, ready to begin construction to be completed within 9 months.

LG106

We have a 106,390 sq ft build-to-suit opportunity currently available at plot LG106 on London Gateway Logistics Park.

The building design and specification can be altered to meet the occupier’s bespoke requirements. However, an indicative specification might look like this:

  • 16 dock level doors (with provision for 5 more)
  • 2 level access doors
  • 33 HGV parking spaces
  • 92 car parking spaces including 5 disabled and 2 EV charging spaces
  • 50m yard
  • 2 storey offices
  • Up to 21m clear height
  • 6 PTW parking spaces

All specifications will be superb as standard, providing you with a secure site that includes security lighting and a covered cycle shelter. All of our facilities are built with to a minimum BREEAM Outstanding and EPC ‘A’ rating, with rainwater harvesting and rooftop solar PV installed.

LG146

We have a further opportunity for a 145,640 sq ft built-to-suit facility available at LG146 on London Gateway Logistics Park.
