TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

In this role, you will support and maintain key IT services and assets while providing technical consultations to both local and external company clients.

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring the functionality of IT assets, performing maintenance, and repairing equipment.

· Supporting and consulting users on the use of PCs, other IT devices, and related services.

· Preparing equipment for installation at designated endpoints.

· Providing technical support to clients in interacting with the electronic port system.

· Offering technical support for the video surveillance systems within the terminal.

· Installing and maintaining local area networks (LAN).

Requirements:

· Higher technical education.

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

· Experience in configuring network equipment and understanding basic networking principles (switching, routing, VPN, Wi-Fi).

· Knowledge of systems such as 1C (BAF), email clients, and VPN clients.

· Experience in configuring, maintaining, and repairing computer, network, and peripheral equipment.
