Quayside Services
Our quayside operations are built for speed and reliability, supporting break bulk, containerised cargo, and dry bulk operations with precision. With 84.7 vessel operations and efficient moves per hour of 50-70, plus deep-water access accommodating vessels with drafts up to 17 metres, we help reduce anchorage time and maintain schedule integrity. Our specialised Ro-Ro facilities for both dedicated and multipurpose operations ensure seamless vessel-to-shore transitions across all cargo types.

ACCESS
GUIDELINES
We are committed to providing a safe work environment for all port users. Please familiarise yourself with our safety guidelines for the terminal:
- No access ID card, no entry.
- All employees, contractors and visitors coming to the port must wear Personal Protective Equipment.
- Speed limit inside the terminal is 30kph.
- Carrying "khat" inside the port is prohibited.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the terminal except in designated smoking areas.
- The use of mobile phones is not permitted whilst operating vehicles or equipment or whilst travelling.
- All vehicles must park in the designated parking area.
- Observe traffic rules and signage at all times. You can reach the HSE team to report any risk, violation, or feedback.
