Wireless Telemetry System (WTS)
DP World Pakistan's in-house Wireless Telemetry System tracks and transmits real-time data from all terminal equipment, including gantry cranes, RTGs, reach stackers and empty handlers, directly to mobile devices and computers. The system improves productivity whilst reducing diesel consumption and carbon emissions, and minimises operator interface for enhanced safety standards.
At just US$110 per unit, it's 70% more cost-effective than traditional RF modems and 15 times less expensive than GSM PLC-based alternatives, delivering enterprise-level performance at a fraction of the cost.
