DP World Lirquén features the most extensive and efficient railway infrastructure in the Bío Bío Region. Working with State railway companies and cargo operators TRANSAP and FEPASA, the terminal offers dedicated rail access with railway diversions, enabling seamless movement of forest cargo, containers, and bulk commodities between production centres and port facilities.

Located in the Bay of Concepción near Chile's second-largest city and industrial hub, DP World Lirquén connects directly to Chile's national highway network. The terminal provides efficient road access to production centres and distribution hubs throughout the Bío Bío Region and beyond, linking to the pulp, lumber, forestry, and agricultural industries across southern Chile.
