World Security, DP World UAE’s next-generation service provider, announced that it has embarked on a drive of investing in development programmes to empower 200 female professionals in the field of security solutions and close the gender gap in the sector. 

Realising the full potential of its women workforce, World Security has taken steps to in-crease the percentage of its female security officers from 1% in 2017, to 10% in 2021.
