We’ve been on a journey of continuous improvement. We’ve expanded training, modernised equipment, adopted new technology, and strengthened how we listen to our teams. We’ve empowered every employee to speak up, stop work when needed, and lead conversations on safety. We continue to focus on the importance of looking out for one another at the workplace every single day.
