Build-to-Suit

Need a custom-built facility but don’t want to develop it yourself? We can provide you with build-to-suit facilities developed to your exact specifications. Our Build-to-Suit solutions team works closely with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements and deliver turnkey solutions.

Contract logistics services

Serviced Land Plots

Rent a “development-ready” serviced plot of land from DP World Economic Zones Dominicana to construct your own facility. Whether you need to build a manufacturing or warehousing facility with additional amenities such as offices, a training center, or a cafeteria, we offer infrastructure-ready plots of various sizes, enabling you to scale your business progressively.

Prebuilt Warehousing Facilities

Need to start operations quickly? We provide ready-built warehouses for short- or long-term lease, depending on your needs. The size of the facilities ranges from 500 to 10,000 m². The warehouses typically have a height of 8-10 meters and are fitted with fire safety equipment, dock levellers, utilities, and office space, as required.

INCENTIVES

Exemption from corporate tax with no limit on the time period.

Exemption from customs duty and VAT on goods imported into the economic zones for warehousing or as raw materials for manufacturing or assembly.

Access to foreign currency and free repatriation of capital and profits.

The ability to sell goods to the local market.

The certificate of origin applies to any product manufactured here, but the real benefit is being able to do so without paying taxes, which is only possible through Free Trade Zones certifications.
