WIN YOUR NAME ON THE McLAREN F1 TEAM CAR IN SINGAPORE FOR FP1 WITH DP WORLD
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of countries where DP World operates. Employees of DP World, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must 1) like the competition post, 2) follow @DPWorld on Instagram and 3) comment the full name that they would like featured on the McLaren F1 Team’s car. One entry per person.
Duration
The competition begins on Saturday 14th September, 2024, at 14:00 EST and ends on Tuesday 17thSeptember, 2024, at 14:00 EST.
Prizes
Winners will receive their name, as submitted via Instagram, on the dynamic panels of the McLaren Formula 1 Team car during the Singapore GP FP1 (Friday 20 September, 2024) only. The number of winners will be determined by the availability with a minimum of one individual winners.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. The prize is just the name on the car and does not include any additional expenses such as flights and accommodation.
Winners will be selected using a random selection generator and in adherence to the contest entry rules. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram on the date of Wednesday 18th September, 2024.
Use of Entries
By entering the competition, participants grant DP World a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display their entries in any media.
Privacy
Participants’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared withthird parties without consent.
Disqualification
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain offensive material will be disqualified. DP World and the McLaren Formula 1 Team hold the right to refuse any comments deemed inappropriate.
Liability
DP World is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures which prevent entry into the competition. The competition is subject to the McLaren MCL38 car successfully participating in the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2024 Friday Free Practice 1. DP World and the McLaren Formula 1 Team are not responsible for any technical malfunction of the McLaren MCL38 car’s dynamic panels and the competition will be void as a result of any difficulties.
Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country involved.
Miscellaneous
DP World reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This competition is geo-targeted to Singapore and the surrounding areas.
