In what's traditionally known as a male-dominated industry, our ports and terminals, logistics parks and economic zones find women working in groundbreaking roles that are revolutionising the industry.

At DP World in the UK 12.5% of our workforce are female. We fully support the UK government’s initiative to increase the transparency of pay by having companies publish their gender pay gap. We are committed to equal pay for equal work and will continue to work hard to attract women to senior roles, where we currently have a bonus pay gap.
