Through our comprehensive Contract Logistics solution, we manage workforce deployment and operational execution across inbound logistics, kitting, quality control, and outbound distribution. Through skilled workforce management and high-volume operational execution, we keep Schaeffler’s Kabelsketal hub running at scale. Our teams deliver the capacity and flexibility needed to keep operations moving and respond quickly to changing aftermarket demand.
FACILITY SCALE
Located between Leipzig and Halle, Germany, the Kabelsketal operation provides the scale to support Schaeffler’s European aftermarket network.
The facility includes:
- A site spanning more than 40,000 square metres.
- Approximately 65,000 square metres of gross floor area, which includes a dedicated warehouse, production, and administrative facilities.
- A strategically located operation supporting Schaeffler’s European aftermarket network.

- Dedicated trainer teams can onboard up to 80 new employees per week when required, ensuring the operation remains agile during demand peaks while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
