Kickstart your career with Shipping Solutions. Our graduate program is designed to prepare you for an international career within Shipping & Logistics, Procurement, Finance & Business Development, and IT & Project Management.
We offer you a two-year journey, where you will get international experience and the tools required to make a difference in the industry. After the two-year program, you will be ready to take on a key role at one of our office locations around the world.

DO YOU QUALIFY?
You are ambitious and eager to push the limits of our business. You are willing to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.
Furthermore, you:
- Have recently graduated (or will graduate in the Summer of 2027) with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Shipping and Trade, Finance and/or Accounting, Information Technology Management, International Business or similar.
- Speak and write English fluently
- Are ready to live and work internationally
- Preferably have international experience outside your home country (work, study or project abroad)
- Are 100 % mobile to pursue a further career abroad.
