He has extensive experience in logistics and maritime, progressing through leadership roles across reward, performance management, organisational development and talent acquisition, building a deep understanding of workforce planning and people strategy.
Marwan focuses on building leadership capability, strengthening workplace culture and advancing Emiratisation initiatives to develop a skilled, future-ready workforce.
