Ayoub Hassan Al Mulla

Ayoub Hassan Al Mulla leads We One’s operations across the GCC, overseeing security, facilities management, staffing and smart solutions. He is responsible for operational performance, service development and growth of We One.
Ayoub joined We One in 2019, bringing 25 years of leadership experience with DP World. He has played a central role in transforming World Security into We One, establishing it as a future-ready, integrated service provider across the UAE.
His leadership focuses on operational excellence and workforce development. Prior to his current role, he held senior positions within DP World and Jafza, including Vice President for the MEA region, where he led the development of the Jafza One facility.
Ayoub studied Business Administration and holds a Graduate Diploma in Maritime and Port Management from Singapore. He also completed executive development programmes at the Wharton School of Business under DP World’s Dubai Leaders Programme.
