Ahmad Al Hassan
Chief Financial Officer, DP World GCC
Ahmad Al-Hassan leads DP World’s finance function across the GCC -- covering ports, terminals, logistics, digital technology, parks and zones. He oversees financial strategy, planning, treasury, tax, investment governance, capital allocation, corporate finance and business development. He also manages the legal and corporate services functions.
Ahmad has over 23 years of international experiences across Dubai, Washington DC, London and Hong Kong spanning logistics, treasury, real estate, banking and healthcare.
Since joining DP World in 2010, he has held senior roles in Group Treasury and Business Development at the Corporate Head Office. He was also Deputy Chief Financial Officer at London Gateway in the UK and served as CFO for DP World’s Asia Pacific region in Hong Kong.
Ahmed serves as a board member for several companies in the UAE and Oman while previously holding board positions across DP World’s business units in South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
