Tuğba Özkaynak Kaya

Tuğba Özkaynak Kaya started her career in 2010 at Medkon Line and later joined Maersk Line, where she built a strong foundation in container shipping and commercial functions. Before joining DP World Evyap, she worked at Marport in Ambarlı, one of Türkiye’s key port complexes, where she progressed through various commercial roles and most recently served as Commercial Manager.

With over 16 years of experience in the container transportation industry, she has held various roles within commercial departments, with a focus on customer management, pricing strategy, and business development.

Tuğba holds a degree in International Trade and Business from Yeditepe University, graduating with honors. She also completed part of her academic studies in California State University. 

She currently serves as Commercial Director at DP World Evyap, where she leads commercial strategy, customer relationships, and revenue growth initiatives.
