Ladislaus Prosper leads the People & Sustainability function at DP World Dar es Salaam, driving strategies that align talent development, organisational culture, and sustainability with the company’s long-term vision.
With over two decades of experience across human resources, organisational development, and business transformation, Ladislaus has held senior leadership roles within the ports, logistics, and financial services sectors. Prior to joining DP World, he served as Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer at Tanzania International Container Terminal Services (TICTS), where he played a key role in shaping people strategy and strengthening organisational capability.
His earlier career includes extensive experience with Maersk across East Africa and Europe, where he led HR transformation initiatives, strengthened performance management frameworks, and supported regional growth through strategic HR partnering.
Ladislaus is known for his people-centric leadership style and commitment to building high-performing, inclusive workplaces while embedding sustainable practices across the organisation.
He holds an MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI).
