Arun George serves as Chief Commercial Officer at DP World Dar es Salaam, bringing over 15 years of experience within DP World across commercial strategy, customer experience, and digital transformation.

He has held several progressive roles within the organisation, including Manager – Customer Experience & Digital Services and Account Manager & Business Intelligence in Jeddah, where he played a key role in enhancing customer engagement, driving process improvements, and supporting commercial growth initiatives.

Arun combines strong analytical capability with a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling him to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. He is recognised for his professionalism, integrity, and proactive approach, consistently contributing to both operational excellence and business development.

His leadership is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to creating value for customers and stakeholders.

Arun holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pondicherry University.
