Saif Al Nuaimi

Saif Saeed Bin Salooma Alnuaimi is the Group Chief Security Officer at DP World. He leads the Group’s Security function, working closely with regional and functional leaders to strengthen security strategy, resilience, and governance across the organisation.

Saif brings more than 18 years of government and law enforcement experience from Dubai Police. During his career, he developed extensive expertise in security and complex investigations, as well as regulatory compliance, institutional governance, and international law enforcement collaboration.

Most recently, Saif served as an Outstation Liaison Officer, acting as a key point of contact for government entities, law enforcement agencies, diplomatic missions, and international organisations. In this role, he supported bilateral and multilateral cooperation, contributed to the negotiation of memoranda of understanding, and facilitated the exchange of best practices with international partners.

His experience includes administrative oversight, evidence-based decision-making, multi-jurisdictional casework, and engagement with prosecutorial and judicial authorities. He also brings a strong understanding of legal and procedural frameworks, supported by significant experience building trusted relationships across institutional and jurisdictional boundaries.

At DP World, Saif is responsible for helping safeguard the Group’s people, assets, and operations while ensuring the Security function supports the delivery of DP World’s strategic priorities.

Saif holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Dubai University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from UAE University. He has also completed an Advanced Training Programme in Forensic Accounting at Dubai University and holds a Diploma in Legal Sciences for Judicial Officers from the Dubai Judicial Institute.
