Roudha’s professional journey began with several internships, including roles at the Dubai Financial Market, Noor Bank, and MODUL University Dubai, where she gained experience in research, marketing, and customer relations. She then interned at the UAE Embassy in London, working in the Strategic Communications Department, developing her skills in public relations and diplomacy.
She later returned to the UAE Embassy for a second internship, rotating through the Political Affairs and Economic Affairs Departments. Roudha also interned at the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), representing the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, where she contributed to the Maritime Decarbonisation Centre initiative.
