Maryam Alqaydi

A graduate of the UAE Young Leadership Program, Maryam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her career journey has been shaped by a strong passion for challenges and innovation. With 3 years of experience at Drydocks World as a Project Engineer, she has contributed to key offshore projects, including the Rosebank FPSO Project, and worked on designs for hydrogen fuel cells and clean energy transitions.
In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the Young Leader Award by Drydocks World in 2023. As the Chairperson of the Youth Council at Drydocks, she led workshops and collaborations to empower young professionals and raise climate awareness. She has been selected as a COP28 Youth Climate Congress Expert in Land Use and Oceans. Moving forward, she aspires to integrate technical leadership into large-scale projects and to continue driving meaningful impact within the industry.
