Her career began with an internship at the Prime Minister's Office, UAE, where she contributed to the World Government Summit. Following this, she worked as a Coordinator at the Leadership Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai for over a year.
In 2022, Aysha joined the Dubai World Trade Centre as a Conference Executive in the DXB Live department, where she gained experience in event planning and management. In 2023, Aysha transitioned to DP World as an Officer for Regional Programmes.
