Amer has been working in the industry since 2020 and joined an intensive talent acceleration programme (20XEL). He underwent an intensive GCC end-to-end training to understand DP World business in detail. Amer is currently focusing on mastering freight forwarding, which is the core area of my company’s operations.
Building a strong foundation by completing an extensive operations course in South Africa, followed by a secondment in Egypt to deepen the knowledge of commercial freight forwarding. He also looked into the freight forwarding process and documentation, in addition to dealing with and handling clients. Amer secured a major deal in Egypt and returned to the HO with positive feedback on his work and client relationship skills.
