Mark has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources and Employee Relations leader, across matrix global organisations, in various industries including logistics, environmental services, manufacturing and construction. Mark drives initiatives through transformation, employee/industrial relations, people management, organisational design and development through innovation & technology and workplace culture and safety through strengths in cross-functional collaboration and coaching. Mark is the Vice President – People at DP World Oceania, with prior experience at Boral, REMONDIS and SUEZ.
Mark is a skilled leader, working across DP World focusing on strategic industrial relations, negotiation, coaching, workplace safety, people management, business transformation and growth having graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Human Resources.
