Key facts and figures:
1. Total land size: 1200 Hectares distributed through 3 phases (phases 1, 2, and 3). Each phase splits into 8 sections (Sections A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H). Each section splits into 2 stages (Stage 1A & 1B)
- Phase 1 is 400 Ha
- Phase 1 Section A is 50 Ha
- Phase 1 - Section A - Stage 1A is 30Ha
- Phase 1 - Section A - Stage 1B is 20Ha
2. The current built-up area is 30 ha. However, stage of Phase will accumulate to 50 ha (in Q2 2024)
3. # of people employed in the zone: 90 individuals
4. Type and number of equipment available at the zone
- Reach stacker: 45-ton capacity-1 unit
- Diesel forklift: 3-ton capacity-1 unit
- Electric forklift: 3-ton capacity-2 units under procurement
- Pallet jack: 2 units

- Customs inspection area with weighbridge, inspection platform and truck parking area
