1. Enquiry
Fill out our enquiry form and we will complete an initial evaluation of your needs.
2. Application
Once we have reviewed your initial enquiry we will send you the application form for registration, license, and lease. We will advise you on all the registration requirements to comply with the application guidelines.
3. Documents attestation
The documents you submitted accompanying the completed application form will be attested.
4. Application evaluation
Once we have received your application form, our BEZ One-Stop-Shop (OSS) team will review it for completeness and compliance of guidelines and forward to SSEZA with approval request.
5. Authority approval
The Authority will review the file and recommendation from BEZ OSS, and will grant approval for registration of the company and issuance of license/s, subject to the relevant lease agreement being signed with BEZ.
6. Handover of registration documents
BEZ OSS will process and issue the registration certificate, license and lease agreement to you.
