Help Desk
Helpdesk is designed to facilitate both the internal and external customers and other delegate authorities by offering them one window services. Being a Communication Gateway, Helpdesk is round the clock available in facilitating the Trade.
Help desk is addressing below mentioned issues:
- WeBOC/Non WeBOC issues / queries
- Monitoring WeBOC EDI messages flow and FTP/EDI related troubleshooting issues
- Receiving and updating SSR services requests of customers
- Export GD releasing of One
- Re-Export containers processing and monitoring
- Managing and monitoring Cross-stuffing and stuffing process
- Extending support and providing one window solution to walk-in customers
- Efficient and timely response to customers emails and telephonic queries
- Customer complaint receiving, resolution and feedback
- Providing support and facilitation to relevant legislative authorities
- Ensure to update One Customs examination requests
