Hakan is Head of Operations, DP World Yarimca, having joined the Group in 2019.
Prior to joining DP World, Hakan held several business positions in six different Ports & Terminals including the role of Operations Manager at APM Terminals.
Hakan has over 20 years’ worth of experience covering the transformation, start up and optimization projects. He worked not only for container terminals but also bulk and bb business, cruise and ro-ro. He’s expert on business process and wide experience in port-centric logistics, cfs, customs and dry ports also has logical and analytical capabilities with a focus on innovative, customer-centric, safety and cost saving. .
He has a Diploma in School of Maritime Business and Management from Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir, Turkey.
