The diversity of our people allows us to enrich our ideas, to innovate and offer intelligent logistics solutions to our clients.

We encourage a culture that accepts differences without distinction of gender, age, race, nationality, religious beliefs, disability, or element of any kind. We value the opinions of our talents, and they drive us to be better.

In DP World in the Dominican Republic we were recognized by the National Disability Council (CONADIS) and the United Nations Program for Development (UNDP) with the Seal “2019 DR Includes” for our good inclusive practices towards talents with disabilities who form part of our organization.

In 2020 we signed a letter of commitment with the Ministry for Women and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to participate in the “Sello Igualando RD”.  With this agreement we became the first organization in the port and logistics sector in the country to join this initiative, whose objective is to promote economic and social autonomy of women in corporations and entities, and establish a Model of Quality Management for Gender Equality in the Dominican Republic.
