DP World Luanda supports orphanage "Obra de Caridade da Criança - Santa Isabel"

Luanda, Angola - December 4, 2021 – DP World Luanda supported the project "Obra de Caridade da Criança Santa Isabel", located at Viana's Gamek neighborhood. The Orphanage assists approximately 130 children and youngsters with ages from 0 to 18 years old. In addition to housing and shelter, the Orphanage and its volunteers provide support in education. The Orphanage has classrooms and a music room.

Other companies participated together with DP World Luanda in this special day and managed to collect school supplies, clothes, toys, water, and food baskets to support the development of the young people.

Those present had the opportunity to enjoy moments of recreation with the children, with many actions, games, music, and lots of fun, moments that Mother Domingas Loureiro adjectives as "unforgettable" in their lives.

La madre Domingas Loureiro, said: "We do our best to enroll our children in educational institutions. We strive for training so that when they reach adulthood, they can be integrated into the labor market. Today is a memorable day and I believe that these children will not soon forget such a noble gesture on your part.
