Gaylynne Neill was appointed Regional Director, People at DP World in Australia in 2019.

Gaylynne has more than 20 years' experience in supply chain logistics and over 10 years' managing Human Resources at leading organisations.

Gaylynne has managed several of the largest blue-chip companies in Australia in attracting and retaining talent, negotiated industrial agreements in a unionised workforce, and led and developed the Human Resource function end-to-end.

Her key areas of expertise include organisational change management, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, remuneration and benefits, employee engagement, and Human Resource planning.
