Heavy snow in DP World Constanta - update 12.01.2017

Dear Customers,

Please find below an update on terminal snow removal activities.

Weather conditions have improved at present, and all snow removal machineries are actively working on removing the snow that has added another layer in the last couple of days. Terminal is also focusing on deicing operating equipment such as yard and quay cranes in order to resume operations as soon as practicable. The difficult part we are facing now is not related to solely restarting equipment, but ensuring that the equipment can operate along the crane rails (quay cranes, RTG’s, RMG’s), which are completely frozen.

As the situation is now we do not expect to resume operations today.
