Announcement 18.03.2016
Date: 18/03/2016
Constanta South Container Terminal submitted to the Environmental Agency Constanta the annual reports regarding the quantity of waste generated in 2015 by the terminal activities: "Used oil report" and "Waste Management report". Please be informed that the company decided to reuse some of the generated waste (i.e. empty barrels, lashing chains) as physical barriers in operational areas. These physical barriers have been installed in various areas of the terminal in order to prevent interaction between mobile equipment and employees, contractors or authorities.
Also, in the first three months of 2016 were handed over to specialized companies substantial quantities of recyclable waste: 1320 kg of paper and cardboard, tires 3360 kg and 150 kg of plastic.
