1. Download and complete – Fill out and sign the Credit Application form.


2. Prepare your documents – Gather all required supporting materials.




• Proof of Tax (SAT – CIF)


• Authority Tax opinion (current month)


• Bank Statements (2 most recent months)


• Business ID/Legal Incorporation Document


• Powers of Attorney & ID of Legal Representative


• Financial Statements (2 most recent months and last year’s P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statement)




3. Submit – Email the completed form and all supporting documents to your DP World sales representative.
