Mervel is a strategic and commercially minded Senior Executive with success in improving business performance and profitability. She joined DP World Paramaribo in August 2017 having spent 20 years in various Sales and Commercial Management Roles within the Consumer Good, Transport and Logistics industries. In 2010, she joined the CMA CGM group as General Manager for the Shipping Agency in Suriname.
Mervel's other fields of experience are in Business Development, Change Management and Process Improvement. She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Economics and has graduated in Master of Business Administration.
