In November 2003, DP World was awarded a long-term concession to operate Constanta South Container Terminal (CSCT) SRL and in 2004 started operations as a state-of-the-art facility with excellent deep-draft access located near the entrance to Constanta port.

Cosmin has worked in the container terminal industry for over 16 years, formerly as Operations Director at DP World London Gateway, before joining DP World Constanta in April 2016, as Managing Director.

DP World Constanta is continuously improving the service levels provided to all its customers. With our productivity and efficiency levels, we have the ability to meet the needs of our liner customers and through investment in capacity will continue to do so in the future.
