Closing date TBC- Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and field staff.
- Inspect client sites to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Ensure proper use of pesticides and equipment in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Maintain service schedules, reports, and treatment documentation.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Enforce workplace health and safety standards
JOB COMPETENCIES
- Experience in pest control operations and integrated pest management (IPM)
- Valid pest control/operator license (as required by local regulations)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pest control operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid UAE driving license
- Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Training in chemical handling and safety (e.g., pesticide application certification)
- First Aid and HSE certification preferred
